1. What makes Bomi Cleaning different?

We’re not your average cleaning company. We’re eco-friendly, pet-safe, and child-safe. That means no harsh chemicals, no toxic residue, and no strong chemical smells, just sparkling clean spaces that are safe for your whole family (yes, fur-babies included ).

2. Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! We bring all our own Eco-Friendly, Non-toxic cleaning products and tools. If you have a favorite product you’d like us to use, just let us know. We’re happy to customize.

3. Are your products safe for pets and kids?

Absolutely. Every product we use is carefully chosen to be eco-friendly, non-toxic, and safe for children and pets. We clean like we’re cleaning our own homes. Because safety matters.

4. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Most of our clients provide us with access instructions so we can clean while you’re at work, running errands, or enjoying your day. Coming home to a fresh, sparkling house is part of the magic.

5. What areas of San Diego do you serve?

We proudly serve neighborhoods all across San Diego, including North Park, Hillcrest, La Mesa, Mission Valley, Downtown, and more. (If you’re not sure if you’re in our service area, just ask! We’ll let you know!)

6. Do you offer one-time cleans or recurring services?

Both! Whether you need a one-time deep clean, move-in/move-out service, or weekly/biweekly/monthly recurring cleaning, we’ve got you covered.

7. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Life happens. We get it! Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll happily reschedule you without a fuss.

8. How do I book a cleaning?

Super easy! You can book online, give us a call, or send us a message. Pick your service, your preferred time, and we’ll handle the rest.

9. Will I get the same cleaner every time?

We do our best to send the same friendly faces so you can build trust and consistency with your cleaning pro. If schedules don’t align, you’ll always get one of our fully trained and insured team members.

10. Can I trust Bomi Cleaning in my home?

Yes, 100%. Our team is fully insured, background-checked, and professionally trained. Plus, we treat every home like it’s our own! Always with respect, care, and attention to detail.

11. How long does a cleaning usually take?

It depends on the size of your home and the type of service. A standard clean can take 2–4 hours, while a deep clean or move-out clean may take longer. We’ll give you an estimate before we start so you know what to expect.

12. Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?

Nope! We’re here to make your life easier. If you’d like to pick up toys, clothes, or personal items before we arrive, it helps us clean more efficiently but it’s never required.

13. Can I request special areas to focus on?

Yes! If you’d like us to give extra love to the kitchen, bathrooms, or another space, just let us know when booking. We customize every clean.

14. Do you clean with microfiber cloths or paper towels?

We primarily use washable microfiber cloths (better for the environment, better for your surfaces.

15. Are your team members trained?

Yes! Every member of our team is fully trained in Bomi Cleaning’s eco-friendly methods and attention-to-detail standards before stepping into your home.

16. Do you clean inside refrigerators, ovens, or cabinets?

Yes, as part of our deep cleaning or add-on services. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll include it in your booking.

17. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your happiness matters to us! If something wasn’t cleaned to your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

18. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! A clean home is the perfect gift for new parents, busy friends, or anyone who could use some extra time back.

19. Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We’re a fully insured cleaning company, so you can have complete peace of mind when inviting us into your home.

20. Do you use harsh-smelling products?

Never. We’re eco-friendly and scent-conscious. Our products are gentle, non-toxic, and leave your space smelling fresh!

21. Do you offer same-day or emergency cleanings?

When our schedule allows, yes! If you need a last-minute clean for guests, an event, or a move, reach out and we’ll do our best to fit you in.

22. Can I set up automatic recurring cleanings?

Definitely. We offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring cleanings that can be scheduled automatically, so you never have to worry about rebooking.

23. Do you offer move-in/move-out cleaning for rentals?

Yes! Our move-in/move-out cleanings are detailed and designed to meet rental or landlord standards, helping you get that deposit back.

24. What happens if something gets damaged?

We take great care in every home, but in the rare case of an accident, we’re fully insured and will make it right.

25. Can you clean around my pets?

Of course! We’re pet lovers ourselves. If your pet is comfortable, they can hang out while we clean. If they get nervous, we recommend a safe space or short walk during the service.

26. How do I prepare for a deep clean?

We just recommend picking up personal items so we can focus on detailed cleaning. We’ll handle the rest—from scrubbing to shining.

27. Do you offer discounts for recurring clients?

Yes! Many of our recurring customers enjoy special pricing as a thank-you for trusting us with their homes regularly.

28. Do you clean offices or commercial spaces?

Yes! In addition to homes, we provide eco-friendly cleaning for small offices, studios, and local businesses throughout San Diego.

29. How do payments work?

We accept secure online payments, cards, and sometimes venmo (just ask ahead). You will receive an emailed invoice to pay after your cleaning has been completed.
